"I bought an item online for a birthday…"
I bought an item online for a birthday present only to find my daughter had also bought this online, almost at the same time. Didn't find out until she opened the gift.

I am not able to return the item for a store credit as it was apparently on sale and an actual store will not either. Disappointed as I have a top that won't be worn.

"Everytime I have shopping at stockland…"
Everytime I have shopping at stockland ghanda shop second time now. The on duty manager and assistant manager not good customer service. Make the customer walk away. No war. Good greeting. There face look not happy. There arugant not excellent service. They should not work a busy industries especially engaging customers. There not a good candidate and also. There customer service was totally poor. Not recommendable my friends at the shopping center or in townsville.

"HORRIBLE"
HORRIBLE! I ordered a gift online before Christmas. It was never delivered. I followed up and they sent it months after. Obviously when I received it all my family wasn't here. I had to wait a longer period of time for the time to see my niece again for her to try them on. Ghanda and your team did not do anything! Simply said it was out of their return window even though that was because of there internal disorganisation with online ordering. Not even an exchange for another size was offered. I wasn't asking for a refund. Terrible customer service and not shopping with you again.

"Terrible customer service"
The brand itself does nice clothing and good quality, however the stuff are totally lost and do not provide correct information and do not even communicate to each other, I had to go to store multiple times cause I cannot solve the refund process online. . The online policy says I can return online or in store within 30 days of purchase however you cannot return in store , and then they tell you return by posting it which I cannot even process online , called them and they were totally rude and still couldn’t do a refund for my items which on the website stated clearly they accept returns for items as long as it’s still new with tags and unwashed.
What a scam, never buy online from them

Went into Ghanda to take back a dress I brought for my daughter for a Wedding she was going to that week due to it having a makeup stain and it didn’t fit her properly. Had receipts and tags in place. Only brought it the day before. Was told they could give me a credit as I don’t usually shop there and had to purchase another dress for the wedding quickly as the one I brought had make up on it and I don’t have enough time to get it dry cleaned I wanted to get a refund. I was refused and given the contact for customer service. I emailed customer service it took them 2 days to reply and just to tell me that they only refund if the product is faulty. Clearly the product is faulty if it has make up on it.
Ended up having to spend another $100 on a dress and left with a dress that I can’t sell.

"Pretty poor customer service."
Pretty poor customer service. Slow response time, clearly don't read the previous emails in the threads so you end up repeating yourself. Three items in my order were great quality and I loved them, however they ran very large - e.g. I am a size 14 and 5'8, however the sweatpants I ordered were blooming at my hips/thighs and I had to roll the ankles up twice because they were so long. I got my partner a size L long sleeve top and it was hanging off of him (he usually is size L). It would be good if they had 'items run large' on their clothing descriptions. I attempted to lodge a return through the online portal however return was not available for two of the items (unsure why, they were not on sale/clearance etc) so I emailed about lodging a return without the portal, however was directed back to the portal (again, not reading previous emails). It would have ended up being too much effort as I live in NZ and would cost me a fortune to ship it back (in addition to $9.95 processing fee!). They also don't have afterpay/klarna available for international customers, however I had to find this out through several emails back and forth as they just weren't getting the idea and there was no info on the site about this.

"I had an amazing experience with Ghanda..."
I had an amazing experience with Ghanda customer service who worked hard to locate items in store that were sold out in the warehouse. As the order took longer than expected I was given a discount code and on top of that, when one item was out of stock, I was given a gift card of the full price of the item plus 15 dollars extra. Wasn't expecting any of this and would have been satisfied with the excellent communication and a refund, but this was a bonus! Will definitely keep shopping with them

"I took a dress back that was faulty and the whole process is broken"
I took a dress back that was faulty and the girls in the shop said they couldn’t refund. Eventually after a chat about customer rights they made a call to the regional manger and they refunded. I asked them to call another store to see if they had a dress I wanted. They said their phone wasn’t working. I asked again and they got through. The Manly store said they would hold a dress for me until the end of the day. I went to Manly and the girls said that they didn’t hold the dress as it’s not store policy to hold clothes.very disappointed I will not be back there again.

"I was somehow victim to Ghanda's fake…"
I was somehow victim to Ghanda's fake website. I thought I was shoppping at Ghanda, it looked the same, there were no red flags but it was a fake website! Thankfully when I put in my card details a pop up warning me about fraud came up and my account was not charged. I went into a store the next day and when I told the lady behind the counter of my experience she said it had happened to alot of customers and was a fake website. I feel that Ghanda could do more to make customer aware of threats like this. I was not aware that Ghanda was having this issue and how will they solve it going forward because now I am too scared to shop online!

"Terrible experience at Ghanda store"
Terrible experience at Ghanda store. Served by a staff member who was visibly sick - reinforced by the fact the person was on his phone in the store saying how sick they were to someone while taking on the store phone. Staff member refused to give a paper receipt and instead I had to hand over my email to receive one if I wanted an exchange or refund - surely this is against consumer rights? . Why must I handover data (which you will no doubt use for marketing purposes)?

No receipts given anymore and they asked for my email to send the receipt which you never ever receive , no trouble receiving their junk emails though . I actually used to love shopping in your store but will shop elsewhere from now on.

"I think it’s disgraceful that there is…"
I think it’s disgraceful that there is no option to purchase a plastic or paper bag, I had to walk out with carrying my skirt. It’s not ok to only offer a back pack bag costing a few dollars.
